He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. and Catherine Foley (Noonan); and his siblings, Mary Foley Fitzgerald Kelleher, Joan Foley McDonald and John J. Foley.

He is survived by: his wife Eileen Foley (Carroll); his children, Mary Foley Walsh (Jeff) of Hopkinton, John E. Foley (Danae) and Thomas J. Foley (Dennisport) of West Springfield; his grandchildren, Alison, Kathryn Walsh, Charlie and Teddy Foley; and his sister Kay Moynihan of West Springfield.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Sacred Heart Church Renovation Fund at 395 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
