She was predeceased by: her father Stanley Orszulak; her husband Fred; and her sister Kathleen Ann. She is survived by: her children, Karen, Mark and Tina (Michael); her grandchildren, Austin, Joseph, Sierra, Dylan and Chelsea; and her brothers, Michael, David and Paul Orszulak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
