He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Garbacik and Mary Garbacik (Conway). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Garbacik (Harvey); his children, Heather A. Garbacik (Vincent Amato) of West Springfield and Walter J. Garbacik (Maisa Badawy) of Westwood, MA; his siblings, Mary Julia Counter of Westfield, Michael Garbacik of West Springfield, Ellen Hayes of South Hadley, Elizabeth Minnette of Ledyard, CT and Edward Garbacik of Granby, MA; and his grandchildren, Isabel Garbacik and Alexandria Garbacik. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
