He was loved and cherished by many people including: spouse: Brady K. Fahey; parents: William F. Holbrook and Barbara (Brennan) Holbrook; son: Jake Holbrook (Stephanie); grandchildren: William and Emily; daughter: Kelsey Holbrook (Nick Johnson); sisters: Elizabeth Holbrook, Sherry Bunker, Patricia Mercuriano, and Kathleen (Thomas) Burdett; nephews: Benjamin (Kellen) Bunker, Zack Bunker; grand-nephew: Finley Bunker; father-in-law: Rich Fahey; brother-in-law: Casey Fahey; nieces: Brynna Fahey and Tilly Fahey; mothers of children: Shelagh Holbrook and Cathie Rockoff; other: Gene Mason; as well as many nephews, nieces and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Toomey-O'Brien Funeral Home (1043 Westfield St, West Springfield, MA 01089). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas Church (47 Pine St, West Springfield, MA 01089).
