He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Johnson and Barbara Colling Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Erin Gray; his sister Barbara Schmidt (Paul) of Atlanta, Georgia; his cousins, Connie Moquist of Provincetown and Mark Moquist of Ballston Spa; his in-laws, Robert and MaryEllen Gray of Housatonic; and his brother-in-law Robert Gray of West Stockbridge. He is also survived by five nephews.
