She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Neil and Genevieve O'Neil; her husband Edwin Ramirez; and her brothers, John, James, Paul, Roger, Raymond and Robert O'Neil.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Giacchetto of Tewksbury, Susan Ramirez of Somerville, Robert Ramirez of Dunstable and Steven Ramirez (Pon) of Lowell; her grandchildren, Reese, Austin Williams, Brent, Chad Giacchetto, Robbie and Cassie Ramirez; and her great grandchildren, Remy Williams and Leo Giacchetto.
