He was predeceased by: his brother Francis A. Bergin, Jr.; and his parents, Francis A. Bergin and Mabel P. Bergin (Greeney). He is survived by: his wife Marie T. Bergin (Pignataro) of Westborough; his children, Francis J. Bergin (Kathryn Engberg) of Worcester, MA, Vincent P. Bergin (Helen) of Farmington, CT, Maria R. Cotoia (Michael) of Sutton, MA and Jennifer M. Lahue (Brian) of Westborough, MA; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Rachel Bergin, Anthony, David, Christopher Cotoia, Jonathan, Patrick and Benjamin Lahue; and his sister Anne M. Reno of Lawton, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Saint Luke the Evangelist Church (70 E Main St, Westborough, MA 01581). A Mass will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in David's memory to National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Michael J. Fox Foundation and Dana Farber. In memory of David M.
