He was predeceased by : his brother Stanley "Scott" Cisek of Chicago, Illinois.; and his parents, Francis Cisek and Teresa Cisek (Higdon). He is survived by : his wife Donna M. Cisek (Fenton); his sons, David J. Cisek (Ryan F. Meersman) and Michael F. Cisek (Caroline E.); his grandchild Thomas M.; his son Andrew I. Cisek (Ashleigh N. Kelley); his pet Ted; his close friend Weezie; his siblings, Gregory Cisek (Thomas Krick) of Schaumburg, Frank Cisek (Linda Cisek) of Winthrop Harbor, Stephen Cisek (Sally Cisek) of Winthrop Harbor and Sandra Zeimet (David Zeimet); and his nephew Derek (Carrie Zeimet) of Wildwood, Illinois.. He is also survived by his extended family, friends, and many nieces and nephews.
