He is survived by: his mother Carmella Willoughby (Cellucci); his wife Karen Carver (Wood); his children, Ashley Willoughby (Abdulmalik Skandarani) of Salem, NH, Alyssa Garcia (Fernando) of Sutton, Ashleigh Olson (Erik Kenneson) of Auburn, Michael Willoughby of Gardner and H. J. Carver (Mikayla) of Milton, FL.; his grandchildren, Skye, Shane, Stella, Peyton and Olivia; and his siblings, Kevin Willoughby, Eddie Willoughby (Debi) and Doreen Patulak. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
