He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Scalfani and Michael Zarella. He is survived by: his wife Rita Mary Zarella of Belmont, MA.; his children, Michele (Joe Bartucca), Melissa (Doug Michaud) and Michael Zarella (Steve Nappi); his grandson John David Paul Michaud; and his sisters, Carol and Angela. He is also survived by several cousins, along with his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Calendar Pickering Funeral Home (62 W Main St, Westborough, MA 01581). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Luke the Evangelist Church (70 W Main St, Westborough, MA 01581).
