He is survived by: his children, Ray Willis, Catherine Welcher (Bidese) of St. John, Indiana, Curtis, Cheryl Welcher (Wagner) of Westborough and Charles Welcher of Davie, Florida.; his granddaughter Kimberly (PJ); and his great grandchildren, Walter and Riley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Luke's Church, Westborough.
