We announce the death of Sylvia Ball of Westborough, Massachusetts, born in Plainfield, New Jersey, who passed away on June 10, 2026, at the age of 93. Sylvia will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Sears and Hazel Sears; and her brother Richard. She is survived by: her husband Nelson P. Ball; her children, Cathy Ball (Wendy Bell) of Arlington, MA, Amy Harned (Dave Harned) of Norwich, CT, Nancy Mullen (Matthew) of East Brookfield, MA, Jim Ball (Spun) of Westborough, MA and Dan Ball (Cheryl) of Sudbury, MA.; her grandchildren, Matthew of Ryan, AJ, Katelynn and Ava; her great grandchildren, Raegan, Erin, Patrick, Delaney and Natalie; and her grandchildren, Bos and May.
