He is survived by : his wife Elaine; his children, Carol O'Neill (Joe) of Warriors Mark, PA, Kent Rissmiller (Rachel Ross) of Jefferson, MA and Kurt Rissmiller (Kathryn Welsh) of Millville, MA; his grandchildren, Jesse O'Neill (Meg) of Easton, PA, Ben O'Neill (Joann) of Folsom, PA, John Rissmiller (Katherine Souza) and Kevin Rissmiller of Washington, DC; his great grandchildren, Finley and Calla O'Neill of Easton, PA; and his sister Myra Rissmiller (Frank Cipolla) of Ackworth, GA. He is also survived by 7 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.
