She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Melesius and Vincenta Melesius (Misinkeviciute); her husband John "Jake" Jakus; her brothers, John Miller, Thomas Miller, Joseph Miller and William Miller; and her siblings' children, Linda Miller Atkins and Kevin Miller.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Peggy Carbonneau (Paul), Mayre Miller, Patricia Cyranowski (Steve), Paul Miller, Thomas Miller (Susan), Douglas Miller (Amy) and Gerald Miller (Laurie). She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Casmir's Church (34 State St, Westfield, MA 01085).
