She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Chiampa and Gertrude Chiampa (Preston); and her sister Judith Chiampa Walker. She is survived by: her brother Phillip Chiampa (Toni Lyn); and her friend Dorothy Olszewski. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew and numerous friends.
