She is survived by: her father John A. Zuchegna of San Diego, CA.; her children, Jason R. Fish of Westfield, MA, Allen J. Blohm Jr. (Tina) and Rebecca D. Fondakowski (Jonathan) of Westfield, MA.; her grandchildren, Alexa Fish, Logan Blohm and Evelyn Fondakowski; her siblings, David Zuchegna of Virginia Beach, VA, Charles Devino and Nancy Arthur (Zuchegna) of Florence, MA; and her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Mapstone of Virginia Beach, VA, Emily Deren of Suffield, CT, Edward, John Arthur of Florence, MA and Anthony Zuchegna of Lincoln, NE..
