He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bell (Izzo); his children, Frederick Bell Jr. (Bridgette), Lisa Leger (Paul), Carin Duclos (David) and Edward C. Bell (Kayshla Cardenales); his grandchildren, Kyle Bell, Brianna Luoma, Chadrick Bell, Justin Duclos, Hannah Duclos, Joel Duclos, Shawntae Bell, Edward F. Bell and Caprica Bell; and his great grandchildren, Lorenzo and Evangeline Luoma.
