He was predeceased by : his wife Patricia. He is survived by : his children, Steven Howard (Susan) and Linda Pignatare of Springfield; his grandchildren, Kesia Howard, Alex Howard (Tori), Jennifer Chattar, Rachael Pignatare-Warner (Julie) of Chicopee and Rebecca Pignatare of Florence; his brother Royal Howard of Florida; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Mastello (Samantha) of Florida, Aurora Howard, Jacob Chattar, Emma Palumbo, Maggie Pignatare-Warner and Madilyn Howard.
