He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz Monczko and Eva Monczko (Klimah); his wife Helen Monczko (Wroblewski); and his brother Emil Monczko. He is survived by: his daughters, Arlene S. Faucher (Norm), Christine E. Monczko and Sharon A. Morgan (Joe); and his friend Andrea H. Scully.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Henry's name may be directed to either St. John's Lutheran Church or St. Johns Lutheran Cemetery, 60 Broad St. Westfield, MA 01085.
