She is survived by: her children, Marietta Pami (Gary), Toni Kachmarsky (Glenn) and Frank Lombardi Jr. (Cindy); her grandchildren, Danielle Smith, Lisa Getz, Jason Pami, Ryan Kachmarsky, Adam Pami, Frank Lombardi III and Dominic Lombardi; her great grandchildren, Alessa, Bryce Getz, Alessia, Dominic Lombardi Jr., Addison Kachmarsky, Julia, Emily Seastrand, Olivia, Stephanie, Gracie, Joseph and Michael Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Kobe and Melani Sanchez.
