She is survived by: her sisters, Joan Pauline Shepard, Olive May Malave and Dianne Sadlowski (Richard Sadlowski); her daughter Barbara Sullivan of Deerfield, MA; her close friends, William Sullivan of Whatley, MA, Patricia Hezik-Amos (Kenneth Amos) of Holyoke, MA, Elaine Hezik (Robert Sullivan) of Three Rivers, MA and Dawn Tuttle (Raymond Tuttle) of Westfield, MA; her grandchildren, Jessica Cernak, Heather VanderHeld, Christopher Sullivan, Alyssa Gillis, Jonathon Sullivan, Sarah Dahlquist, Virginia Raymond and Samantha Tuttle; and her great grandchildren, Zackary, Nickolas, Sophia of Benjamin, J. P, Olivia S., Anna, Olivia C., Brooke, Jameson, Mackenzie, Cole, Jenna, Wyatt and Hayden. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in honor of Jeanette R. Hezik to the Veterans Council of Westfield.
