He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll DeLance and Viola DeLance (Bolio); his brother Donald; and his sister-in-law Nancy. He is survived by: his nieces, Wendy DeLance and Audrey DeLance Levere; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle and Alexis.
