We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2024, at the age of 94, Lillian R Chistolini of Westfield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Monko and Mary Monko (Liptak); and her brothers, Jacob and Robert. She is survived by: her sister Mary Lou Landis; and her children, Christopher (Debra), Linda (Robert), Mark (Christine) and Carol (Michael). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many special nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Baystate Visiting Nurses or the American Diabetes Association.
