He was predeceased by: his mother Audrey Major. He is survived by: his father Thomas J. Major of Sheffield, MA.; his sons, Sean Patrick Major (Ashley Major) and Ryan Matthew Major; his stepchildren, Kristen Noel Williams and Corey John Williams (Elizabeth Williams); and his grandchildren, Rylee Grace Benson, Lillian Jane Revere, Hadley Rose Major and Bria Rose Williams.

In lieu of flowers, Patrick requested donations be made to the Kevs Foundation.
