She was predeceased by: her brothers, Thanash and Lambros; and her parent Antonios Tsatsos. She is survived by: her daughters, Joanna Demas Martin (Matt) and Stephanie Demas; her grandsons, Josh and Alex; and her pet Baby.
Donations in Penny's memory can be made to the World Central Kitchen (which was there for Penny and others in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian), the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (her hope for her grandson was a Type 1 cure one day), or the Democratic National Committee.
