It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Aponte of Westfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Teofilo Aponte and Gloria Aponte (Chalue). He is survived by: his siblings, Luis Aponte (Heather) of Springfield and Marylne West (Gerard) of Mastic, NY; his siblings' children, Nicole Aponte, Emery Aponte, Amelia Aponte, Denise Gary, Willie Gary and Tito West; and his friend Tracy Aponte (Guynup).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services (15 Ludlow Ave, Springfield, MA 01151). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
