He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Riley and Florence Riley; his siblings, Mike Riley of Eugene, OR and Cathy Laflamme of Chicopee; and his siblings-in-law, Adrian "Skip" Ringenbach and Janet Riley.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughter Melissa; his son-in-law Sergio Alvarado; his granddaughters, Megan and Emily; his son Shawn Riley; and his siblings, Judi Ringenbach of Chicopee, Joe Riley of Sturbridge and Mary Ellen Riley of Eugene, Oregon. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, extended family members, friends and neighbors.
