He is survived by: his wife Carleen Smyk (Banca); his daughters, Barbara Reynolds (Richard) and Theresa Monahan (Larry); and his grandchildren, Justin Reynolds (Fernanda), Benjamin Reynolds (Ciara) and Elizabeth Monahan. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
