He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Page and Mae Page of Westfield; and his son Michael Page. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Page; his son Thomas Page (Lisa); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Natalie Page, Michelle Carpenter, Brittany Brost and Chris Page; and his great grandchildren, Wallace Brost, Rori Brost, Claire Carpenter, Callie Carpenter, Luke Page, Lana Page and Jacen Page.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Church of the Atonement and Mount Moriah Lodge.
