She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold C. Collins and Greta Collins (Joslyn); and her granddaughter Kristin Bixby. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Premny; her children, Lisa M. Johnson (Jeffery) and Christopher M. Sullivan (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Alex Johnson and Conor M. Sullivan; and her great grandchild Arianna Bixby.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sandra's memory may be made to the Glioblastoma Foundation and Sr. Caritas Cancer Center.
