She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Powell and Mary Ann Powell (Henthorne); her children, Christopher John Pasay and Dawne Ann Doherty; and her siblings, Jeffrey and Violet.

She is survived by: her husband Michael Prus of Westfield; her son Michael Pasay of Coventry, CT; her pet Bailey; her brothers, Christopher Wallace Powell and Derrick Powell; her grandchildren, Amber, Joey, Jase, Katie, Leeann and Leah; and her great grandchildren, Olivia and Ann Marie.

Donations in her memory may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
