Tanski (John) of Westfield, MA and Michele Mayhew (John) of Westfield, MA; his grandchildren, Courtney, Shannon, Cristina, Christopher, Michael, Natalie, Matthew, Hannah, Jonathan and Gracie; his great grandchildren, Eva, Elizabeth, Jeremy, Rowan, Ryan, Dawson and Evelyn; and his nieces, Eleanor, Ann, Irene, Hilda, Sandra and Jacqueline. He is also survived by his wife and daughters.
