He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. McIntosh and Barbara McIntosh (Clarke). He is survived by: his wife Robin McIntosh (Saliba) of Westfield; his daughter Sarah McIntosh of Westfield; and his siblings, Jill Lorom of Bath, ME, Robert McIntosh (Cheryl) of Lynn, MA., Gordon McIntosh (Suzanne) of Lynn, MA., James (Thuy Saliba), Raymond (Kim Hanechak), John (Kathy Whalley) and Richard (Lori Gaudreau). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
