He was predeceased by: his father William Lee Holladay of Amherst; and his sister Catherine Holladay of Boston. He is survived by: his mother Jean Grosbach; his children, Seth Holladay (Morgan Hallion) and Diya Holladay; his brothers, Martin Holladay (Karyn Patno), Peter Holladay (Elana Wolkoff) and Clark MacKenzie; his brother-in-law Joel Navy; his nephews, Moses and Noah; his great-niece Mara; his nephew Josh; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Allison and Heather; his brother-in-law Mike; his children, Anna and John (family: Judy, Sarah); his wife Patty; and his daughter Meg.
