He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Furtado and Julia Furtado (Pilch); his daughter Kimberly Johnstone; and his siblings, Mary Cornelia, Marion Yonge and Edward Furtado.
He is survived by: his wife Ann (DeSimone); his daughter Marlene; his son-in-law Dennis Langlois of Lowell, MA; his granddaughter Alexi Johnstone of Tyngsboro, MA; his great grandchild Logan Thomas; and his sister-in-law Julie Furtado of Dracut, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Dolan Funeral Home (106 Middlesex St, North Chelmsford, MA 01863). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Parish (115 Middlesex St, North Chelmsford, MA 01863).
