He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard A. Charland and Rose M. Charland (Janssen); his son Steven Charland; and his siblings, Michael F. Charland and Susan M. Bettez.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Charland (Fortin) of Westminster; his daughters, Sherry Charland-Gallant (Timotee) of Ashburnham and Melissa Arvanigian (Mark) of Boylston; his grandchildren, Mia, Elise and Charles Arvanigian; his close friend Neil Erickson; Mitchell and Jackson Charland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
