He is survived by: his children, David A. Provencial (Wendy) of Westminster, Peter M. Provencial (Colleen) of Gardner, Kevin P. Provencial (Lori) of Winchendon and Lisa A. Walter of Westminster; and his grandchildren, Megan Provencial, Mark Provencial, Jordan Provencial, Cody Walter, Eryn Provencial, Chad Walter and Kelly Provencial.
