She was predeceased by : her husband Michael Membrino; and her mother Janet Jones. She is survived by : her father Bernard Jones of Townsend, MA; her siblings, Kim Lyons (Kevin) of Bluffton, SC, Mark Jones (Karen) of Orlando, FL and Kevin Jones (Peggy) of Townsend, MA; and her nieces, Shawnna Lyons-Dambeck, Barri-Lyn Lester, Melissa Ford, Chelsie Jones and Tanya Bird.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Phyllis's name may be made to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7389, P.O. Box 388, Westminster, MA 01473.
