He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine A. Tegan (DeStefano); and his brothers, Charles, Peter and Richard Tegan. He is survived by: his children, Patrice McCloskey (Thomas), John J. Tegan, III (Rebecca), Karen Padir (Halil) of Boston and Sarah Hogan (Shannon) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Lisa, Graham, Tommy, Aidan, Colin, Jack, Alexandria, Mattie, Alisia, Luke, Aylin, Lara and Connor; his great grandchild Luca; his sister-in-law Jane Tegan of Mansfield; and his close friend Alan "Red" Norman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
