In the sacred silence of farewell, Sj is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sj's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John McLaughlin and Mary McLaughlin (Campbell); and his siblings, John, Robert, Frank McLaughlin, Kathleen Wright and Marie McCadden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of the Holy Spirit, Campion Center (319 Concord Rd, Weston, MA 02493).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jesuit Community, Campion Center, 319 Concord Rd., Weston, MA 02493 to support its ministry of care for elderly and infirm Jesuits.
