Charles will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Charles by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Charles is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Charles’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Judith A. Foster (Santos); his parents, John J. Hallal and Barbara J. Hallal (Assad); and his brother Peter Bechara Hallal. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Kristen A. Hoyt (Dan) of Middletown, CT and Keri J. Foster (Kyle Carmichael) of Westport; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Kyla and Garret. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony of the Desert Church (300 N Eastern Ave, Fall River, MA 02723). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:15 AM at the same location.
