He was predeceased by : his parents, George Abdow and Gloria Abdow (Morris); his son Marc Abdow; and his uncles, Thomas Abdow and Edward Abdow.

He is survived by : his sisters, Paula Rego of Fall River and Virginia Morin of Westport; his granddaughter Kylie Abdow of Swansea; his niece Kerri Pessoa; and his nephew Jason D'Arrigo.
