He is survived by: his parents, Henry B. Sylvia and Theresa Sylvia (Ayres) of Westport; his godparents, Diane and Dwight Silvia; his cousins, Christine Sousa, Lisa Holden (Jeremy), Tyler Holden, Korynne Holden and Jensyn Holden; Gerard "Jerry" Carreau.
