Perry Sr.; his stepmother Fatima Perry; his children, Tyler John Perry, Westport, Fallon Jade Perry and Maplewood; his sisters, Stephanie Perry (Dave Oliveira) and Shelley Ducharme (Gary Ducharme); his niece Zoie Vieira-Perry; and his nephew Kyle Ducharme. He is also survived by friends and brothers.
