He was predeceased by: his brothers, Antone and Robert; and his daughter Kim Noreen Meisel. He is survived by: his former wife Janice Aubut (Mackay); his brothers, Clement and Ricard; his children, Norry Kent Alves Jr. and Gayna Marie Alves; and his grandchildren, Jessica Tognacci (Meisel), Chad Meisel, Alessandra Alves and Alyssa Alves.
