She was predeceased by: her father Morris Hagenston. She is survived by: her significant other John Souza; her mother Marie Serba (DeCosta) of Tiverton; her children, Greg Frazer of Westport and Kelly Frazer of Westport; her siblings, Gerald Hagenston of Fall River and Sharon Sousa of Berkley; and her grandchildren, Brianna, Mason and Trevor. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
