He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Karam (DeFusco); his daughters, Jennifer Medeiros (Kevin) and Elizabeth McCarthy (Jay); his grandchildren, Matthew Medeiros (Elita), Ryan Medeiros (Kimmy) and Samantha Medeiros; his great grandchild Mia Lee Medeiros; and his brothers, Robert Karam and James Karam. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Skip's honor may be made to the Durfee Hilltopper Athletic Foundation, 687 Harvard St., Fall River, MA 02720.
