He was predeceased by : his parents, John J. Sullivan, Sr. and Elinor M. (Crotty); and his sister Captain Elinor M. Sullivan. He is survived by : his siblings, Captain Mary Rose Sullivan and James E. Sullivan, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Margaret (Padden) of West Roxbury.
