With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phyllis Berk in Westwood, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She is survived by: her husband Norman; her children, Michael (Ellen), Barry (Jenny) and Rachel (Bruce); her grandchildren, Adam, Daniel, Sophie, Ariel, Serena, Mira, Josh and Matt; her sister Susan; her siblings-in-law, David, Stephen and Roberta; and her devoted aide Dianah. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
