She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph and Marie (Dennis). She is survived by: her husband Dennis Fortin; her children, Denise Patts (Ken), John (Trish) and David (Marion); her grandchildren, John, Samantha, Keith and Sydney; her great grandchildren, Jameson, Jack and Noah; her siblings, Teresa DeFlumere, Delores (Nick Montecalvo) and Edward (Mary LoConte); and her sister-in-law Judy Fortin (Durocher). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
